If You Care Product Nominated for Ocado Award

The best-selling FSC Certified Parchment Baking Paper Sheets have been nominated for Best Convenience product at the first ever Ocado Rising Stars Awards which will be taking place on Thursday 29 April 2021, during Ocado Rising Stars Live.
Ocado is launching a new virtual shopping aisle dubbed ‘Rising Stars’ in a bid to “champion small, independent brands”.
Ocado’s new dedicated section will showcase the winners of its competition of the same name, featuring 20 upcoming brands in categories ranging from snacks to eco-friendly brands and alcohol products.
Each winner will also receive an online media bundle worth £30,000 from the online grocer, including a website banner and mentions across all of its customer facing channels.
“We’ve always been so proud at Ocado to champion small, independent brands and provide those just starting out with a much-valued entry to market,” Ocado Retail’s buying director Rose Price said.
“The Ocado Rising Star awards not only supports up-and-coming brands but encourages our customers to vote for, and buy products from our brilliant smaller suppliers.”
Some of the products which will now be featured on Ocado include passion fruit Kombucha from Lo Bros, a lobster and crab tortellini from Pasta Evangelists and vegan chocolate Mochi from Little Moons.
Ocado Retail, the wider groups online grocery arm which is run as a joint venture with Marks & Spencer, now boasts nearly 50,000 products including own label ranges.
