Each bulb is fitted with a unique safety valve, enabling the faster and safer releasing of gas. 2 bulbs are used for a 1 litre bottle, 1 bulb for a 0.5 litre bottle. Simply pour in the cream, add a bulb (sold separately) and your whipped cream or mousse will be ready for application in seconds.
